Notice re: COVID-19

To our valued customers,

The safety of our employees and customers is our top concern at CBS Parts. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented procedures at all CBS locations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all. These procedures will continue to be in effect until further notice.

	Experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, including fever, cough or shortness of breath - or if you have potentially been exposed to the virus - please refrain from visiting a CBS Parts location. Alternate options to visiting a location include phone or email to the parts counter, or you can request to be signed up for online ordering at cbspartsnet.com. If a CBS employee displays symptoms consistent with COVID-19, they will be instructed to stay home and seek medical attention.
	CBS employees are required to wear masks As a mandatory precaution, CBS employees are required to wear masks to protect our customers and fellow employees. Customers are not required to wear masks on CBS property. Click here to read about the Government of Canada's recommendation to wear masks in public.
	Practice social distancing Employees are required to practice social distancing by keeping at least a 6-foot distance from others. We have also limited the number of employees allowed in the lunchroom at a time. We ask customers to also practice social distancing, and to assist with that, we have put up a 6-foot boundary from the counter (and plexi-glass screens) and limited the number of customers allowed in the store at a time.
	Frequent sanitization Employees are frequently sanitizing credit card terminals and we have increased professional cleaning and sanitization in all our locations with focus on high traffic and high contact areas.
	Delivery service continues Parts will continue to be delivered but will be left inside of your building near the entrance or outside in a predetermined area. Our drivers will not require a signature for proof of delivery; they will just require the name of the person acknowledging the delivery. For the safety of our employees and customers, the driver will maintain a safe distance from others, and will wear a mask.
